Welcome to Beach Cities (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach)

Miles of luxurious coastal community with a dash of laid back fun

Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Redondo Beach are a bustling trio of fun and artsy communities. Soaked in sunshine and full of shops and restaurants that feel quintessentially Southern California, they offer a laid-back lifestyle that stretches languidly along a warm coastline.

In 1890, in what is now Redondo Beach, Hotel Redondo opened its doors and quickly transformed the city into “The Place” for tourists seeking sunnier skies. For many years, it was a major Los Angeles port and there was a lot of industry coming and going. While tourists still come and businesses large and small continue to thrive here, the beach cities have settled into their own relaxing rhythm.

The Beach Cities have developed and changed over the decades, and the housing has changed with it. Luxury condos (such as 200 Pier Avenue) and townhomes have found their way to the downtown areas, and the more residential neighborhoods have everything from cozy cottages and single-family homes to the larger residences along the ocean. There is something for everyone in these communities.
